ECOBOL (Empresa de Correos de Bolivia)
installed 3 ATM vending machines type KLÜSSENDORF - model 829 on March 2nd., 1989; 1 in La Paz Main Post Office, 1 in Santa Cruz and the last one in Cochabamba.

The basicl reason for the installation of these automatic machines was the improvement of customer service at these post offices.

In October 2000 all the vending machines were still are in operation.

 
Commemorating the new issue, Bolivian Postal Services edited a stamps folder containing 3 ATMs and the special postmark of the 1st. Day of issue.
