Second
ATM
of thermal type, not yet incorporated the lateral undulations, round central
cut and great part of the safety measures
that characterize the issues from 1995.
There
are important design and tonality differences in the support
papers for this issue, with backgrounds from the light yellow up to the
orange colour.
This
model especially is know because it was used as a support for two printing
prototypes of MOBBA machines with
5
digits in the face value. Both machines were in service in 1994
and only for a short time.

Together
with next issue - Model 3 (Letter), both issues have the most important
conservation
and printing degradation problems, because the thermal type paper used
in their manufacture and especially the surface treatment of the adhesive
labels ; You can see the two sets showed, printed with identical franking
balances but on papers with different surface treatment (see the different
yellow tonality of the two papers used).
