Like
the year before with the ONDA ATM, in
this case it was the City council of Calpe who promoted the issue
of this commemorative stamp showing the Ifach's Rock, tourist highlight
of this locality and beautiful natural profile known anywhere in the world.
The
manufacture of the 100.000 labels was paid totally by the City council
of the locality, and they were used basically in the Calpe Post office.
There
exists two printing varieties
corresponding to the 2 models of franking
balances used in the post office during the period of use ;
-
EPELSA
ET-CB, 4 digits (balance nr. 0158 ).
-
EPELSA
ET-RL/IRIS, 5 digits small (balances nr. 4367 and 4470).
There
exist also ATMs with the machine number 1742 (EPELSA 4 digits),
corresponding to the Main Post office of Madrid - Philatelic Service.
|
The
Philatelic Club of Calpe edited a commemorative first day cover.
